Slice Spot Pizza — Full-Stack Web App

Build a digital presence that worked both as an engaging marketing tool and a complete business platform: recurring memberships, secure payments, passwordless authentication, and customer management — all with high performance and solid SEO.

Built with Next.js 14 using static export for maximum CDN performance. Animations were crafted with GSAP + ScrollTrigger (parallax, split-text, anchored scroll) using a custom `splitToChars` utility to avoid paid plugins. The backend leverages Supabase (Postgres + Auth) with idempotent API calls to prevent duplicate charges, and recurring payments were integrated via Valor Pay Tech. A location finder with an interactive Mapbox map (lazy-loaded, ~500 KB) and a support ticket system with admin dashboard were also included.

Optimized-performance site via pre-rendered HTML, strategic lazy-loading, and fonts optimized with `next/font`. Full SEO coverage with per-page metadata, Open Graph, Schema.org structured data (Restaurant), and analytics via GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. Custom Tailwind design system with brand color tokens, typography, and mobile-first approach.
